My Queen
I’ve got a song in my heart; it’s a song of love,
It’s for the Heavenly Angel that came down from above.
She came into my life at just the right time,
My life was twisted; it was way out of line.
She gave me her love and treated me like a king,
Yet sometimes I took her for granted and forgot she was my queen.
The child in me caused many spats,
But, lucky for me her love still lasts.
Many years later I have guilt from my youth,
And, I strive everyday to show her some proof.
That I love her so dear and always will,
That in my heart, she is my queen still!
