What if we had never met, would we be as happy as today? Would we have found as pure of love, could yes, we truly say? What if we had given up in our young and immature days? Just because we didn’t know how to adjust to each other’s ways. What if we had given up when our finances were in the red? When it caused us so many fights, and words we didn’t mean, were so often said. What if we had given up when we slowly drifted different ways? When we neglected to show our love, during those hectic selfish days. What if we had given up when our lives were so routine? Just because we were in a rut and no improvement could be seen. What if we had given up when our health began to fade? And no longer could we keep the pace and we surely became afraid? We would have missed some wonderful years, though our lives were rocky and routine, It just goes to prove that true love can really conquer all things!
